The dress is made from a crisp, high quality cotton fabric that is accurate to the period. It has button detailing on the placket and red edging on the pockets and sleeves. Velcro closures are in the back. The bodice is fully lined.

When will my order be ready?

I should have your dress ready within a week after you place your order.

New Doll - Addy!

I have made it through my first two college semesters, ran a 5K, developed new patterns, and so much more recently. I haven't bought a doll since May 2009, and I felt I deserved to treat myself to a new doll to celebrate!

I went back and forth and back and forth again and again between Addy and Josefina. Addy won out!

She is a beautiful doll! I'm planning on making her a large wardrobe...so stay tuned!

Distressed Liberty Jane Jeans

I was drained from studying and needed a sewing project to relax this afternoon. I settled on making a pair of distressed jeans using Liberty Jane's pattern. This pattern is the best jean pattern on the market. No kidding. I had a blast sewing them up and tearing into them with my seam ripper. I am so pleased with my first pair of distressed jeans!
